Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts for the US and North America.
  • Act as the company’s lead negotiator in commercial discussions.
  • Work with Procurement, IT, and other teams to review supplier agreements and advise on terms.
  • Conduct legal and commercial risk assessments and secure required approvals.
  • Support the General Counsel with company compliance across operating markets.
  • Develop, implement, and support compliance programmes and training initiatives.
  • Assist with disputes, litigation, and other legal proceedings involving the company.

Requirements

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with at least one US state bar.
  • Mandatory experience in commercial contract management and negotiation.
  • Experience as an in-house legal practitioner, ideally in a technology or SaaS business.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to give clear, practical advice to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of US employment law, including right-to-work checks and visa sponsorship processes (preferred).
  • Exposure to international employment law across multiple jurisdictions (preferred).
  • Must have the right to work in the US without sponsorship.
