Description

  • Create, execute, and document test cases and scenarios based on requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, API, load, and performance testing.
  • Design and execute test plans and test strategies to support quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineers, tech leads, and project managers to define success criteria and validate solutions.
  • Identify defects, gaps, and improvement opportunities and raise issues through the proper channels.
  • Provide QA feedback on design, usability, and user experience.
  • Contribute to test automation and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and technical discussions, advocating for QA best practices and improved test coverage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in test automation with strong knowledge of QA best practices.
  • Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Playwright.
  • Experience with API testing and exploratory testing.
  • Experience with load and performance testing tools such as Apache Bench, wrk, or similar.
  • Experience working with Linux-based systems.
  • Proficiency with Git, including branching and pull request workflows.
  • Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases.
  • Strong communication skills for defect reporting, feedback, and improvement suggestions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
  • Working knowledge of Docker and containerized environments is desirable.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, especially GitLab, is desirable.
  • Familiarity with databases is desirable.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) is desirable.
  • Experience collaborating in team meetings and technical discussions is desirable.
