Description

  • Define, own, and drive the overall test automation and QA strategy from scratch.
  • Design, implement, and maintain a scalable automated testing framework with clear documentation.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests across E2E, API, and UI layers.
  • Build and support reliable CI/CD test pipelines for efficient and repeatable test execution.
  • Ensure test environments and test data are stable, repeatable, and well-managed.
  • Expand and evolve an automated regression suite to support ongoing releases.
  • Implement and track clear quality metrics and reporting to monitor product health.
  • Identify quality risks early and collaborate with engineering and product teams to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to align on priorities, expectations, and timelines.
  • Promote automation best practices and drive continuous improvement across QA processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of test automation experience using C# and .NET.
  • Strong backend/API test automation expertise, including designing and automating API tests with .NET libraries (e.g., RestSharp, Refit).
  • Extensive database testing experience, including writing complex queries and performing data validation.
  • Proven experience with NUnit and/or xUnit test frameworks.
  • UI test automation experience, preferably with Playwright.
  • Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and readiness to work with Azure and Azure DevOps for a future cloud migration.
  • Ability to define, design, and implement a QA automation strategy from scratch and document processes.
  • Strong client-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a high level of ownership, independence, and proactivity.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
  • Preferred: hands-on Python experience, experience with PDF validation, experience supporting cloud migrations, and familiarity with AI concepts or AI-assisted testing tools.
