Description

  • Provide SL2 support by investigating and resolving production issues and merchant inquiries.
  • Resolve data, transaction, gateway, device, and integration problems.
  • Monitor application health, batch jobs, ETL jobs, and gateway communication using the HealthCheck Application.
  • Ensure transaction processes and overall product stability operate smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the SL1 team on task prioritization and technical support.
  • Assist new clients with application and service integrations, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Identify root causes and implement effective solutions to coding and system issues.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with React.js.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and experience with system integration.
  • Familiarity with message queues.
  • Experience with Entity Framework ORM and SQL Server, including stored procedures and ETL jobs.
  • Knowledge of Git.
  • Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and coding problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to break down tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain quality.
  • Proactive, accountable, and collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
  • Technical support experience in fintech or payment processing is preferred.
