Description

  • Manage people-related processes across the full contractor lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance to managers and contractors on HR and people-related matters.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
  • Participate in performance review processes to support team development.
  • Oversee contractor onboarding, integration, and offboarding.
  • Ensure HR operations are smooth, compliant, and well documented.
  • Deliver workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen people management skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a People Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level for professional communication with native speakers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for working with senior stakeholders and multicultural teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • High attention to detail when handling documents and analytics.
  • Flexibility and stress resistance to handle complex situations and deliver practical solutions.
  • Motivation, initiative, and independence with a strong focus on achieving goals.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills are desirable for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with common IT industry roles and processes is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools is desirable.
