Description

  • Manage client accounts, providing oversight, strategic direction, and clear expectations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead presales activities including discovery calls, proposal development, estimation, and presentations of Dev.Pro’s expertise.
  • Prepare and maintain presales documentation and proposals to support client onboarding and scoping.
  • Own project planning, timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, and delivery across the full SDLC.
  • Build and staff client-specific teams to meet project requirements and scale delivery as needed.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Project Managers to improve team performance and delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales, management, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and successful delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance and implement process and performance improvements.
  • Contribute to the PMO by recommending process improvements, sharing expertise, and driving positive organizational change.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project, Program, or Delivery Manager.
  • Hands-on presales experience in IT, including discovery, proposal development, and estimation.
  • Strong budgeting skills and a proven track record of delivering projects across the entire SDLC.
  • Experience working with and managing teams of 30+ people.
  • Delivery and/or client management experience within the Payments industry and familiarity with multiple payment types and stakeholder groups.
  • Technical background with knowledge of SDLC and delivery methodologies to support substantive technical discussions.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level with excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and client negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience improving processes and team performance, with strong prioritization and time-management abilities.
  • Proactivity, initiative, and strong people-management and leadership skills.
  • Desirable: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or PMP certification; experience or domain expertise in Fintech (Asset Management), Retail, or AI-powered automation.
