Description

  • Identify and research potential client companies, primarily game developers in North America and Europe with 50–500 employees.
  • Add and qualify 30+ new points of contact each week and keep outreach conversations active.
  • Manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including follow-ups.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts by identifying strategic value and writing short opportunity summaries.
  • Maintain a clean CRM with accurate notes, lead statuses, and contact information.
  • Support the Business Development team with conference preparation, prospecting, scheduling, and lead handoff.
  • Track industry trends and relevant events to uncover new outreach opportunities.
  • Provide daily and weekly status reports to leadership.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a producer or art producer at a game studio or outsourcing company.
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines and co-development workflows.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with clear, professional communication.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage details, and follow through consistently.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a growth mindset toward business development.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM platforms.
