Description

  • Strategically drive new business development across digital strategy, custom design, custom software, staffing, and hosting offerings.
  • Lead targeted outreach initiatives and build a pipeline of qualified new business opportunities.
  • Research emerging markets, growth sectors, customer needs, partnerships, products, and services to identify new business avenues.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with executives and key decision-makers to support retention and growth.
  • Develop custom solutions, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, account management, client delivery, and executive leadership on go-to-market and deal strategies.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and develop Statements of Work that align with scope and deliverables.
  • Support RFP responses and create comprehensive proposals for new and existing clients.
  • Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and other industry gatherings to generate new opportunities.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and reporting on business development activities, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of advanced sales experience in strategy, consulting, and digital solutions within tech services, custom software, strategy, cloud, and/or IT sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead sales strategies to enter new markets and acquire significant business.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas through large-scale, multi-year digital solution sales across complex sales cycles.
  • Experience building strategic relationships with C-level executives and other senior decision-makers.
  • Comfort with frequent travel and in-person client engagement.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on contracts, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Sophisticated problem-solving ability to address complex client challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse corporate audiences, including executives.
  • Innovative, forward-thinking mindset with interest in emerging technologies.

  • Base salary of $95,000 with uncapped OTE of $250,000 per year based on performance.
