Description

  • Book hotels, resorts, flights, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel services for clients.
  • Manage reservation logistics through online supplier platforms.
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and chat to understand travel needs and present tailored options.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to booking inquiries, changes, and support requests.
  • Maintain accurate client, preference, and reservation records.
  • Monitor travel promotions, supplier offerings, and destination trends.
  • Provide a smooth, supportive booking experience throughout the travel planning process.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have strong attention to detail and time-management abilities.
  • Be comfortable using online platforms and digital tools.
  • Be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Have a passion for travel and commitment to customer service.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
