Description

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to inform product-led growth and B2B strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product ecosystem and identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, and monetization.
  • Build and maintain self-service analytics that enable stakeholders to access reliable metrics, size opportunities, design experiments, and interpret results independently.
  • Own success metrics and opportunity sizing to improve execution rigor across product teams.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams on experiment design, deployment, and analysis.
  • Provide creative solutions for complex experimentation scenarios.
  • Help evolve the company’s experimentation culture and practices.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a growth function.
  • Strong business and product intuition to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience at a fast-growing startup is a plus.
