Description

  • Oversee the work of and mentor other designers.
  • Deliver constructive feedback and coach team members on development areas.
  • Manage projects from brief through final delivery.
  • Design responsive, customer-centric emails and landing pages.
  • Maintain and regularly optimize global design libraries.
  • Support and mentor more junior members of the team.
  • Apply creativity to ad hoc projects and contribute ideas in creative review meetings.
  • Research competitors and stay current with design and marketing trends.
  • Protect brand integrity and ensure flawless design output.
  • Help drive delivery on time and to the highest standard.
  • Support the development and application of design systems and cross-channel creative templates.
  • Use creative automation practices to reduce manual production effort and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of digital design experience.
  • Experience working in an agency context with brand, direct, and above-the-line creative work.
  • Ability to build client relationships and confidently pitch ideas.
  • Strong eye for layout, typesetting, and retouching.
  • Proficiency with digital design software such as Figma and Adobe CS.
  • Understanding of basic motion design; Adobe After Effects experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing and digital design.
  • Proficiency in print design using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
  • A strategic, customer-first approach focused on end-to-end user experience.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under demanding deadlines with grit and determination.
  • Experience building templates for creative automation tools.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools such as Weavy, ComfyUI, Google AI Studio, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Claude.
  • Desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
  • Experience supporting design systems and scalable cross-channel creative templates.
  • Good teamwork and collaboration mindset.
