Description

  • Lead stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops, converting findings into requirements and user stories.
  • Own requirements, acceptance criteria, traceability, stakeholder alignment, and UAT for an assigned workstream.
  • Map current- and future-state processes, personas, use cases, data mappings, and delivery gaps.
  • Define business rules, data requirements, integrations, dependencies, and exception scenarios.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery practices and adapt to team workflows.
  • Resolve conflicting stakeholder priorities by translating between business and technical teams.
  • Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies early and document decisions and changes clearly.
  • Mentor junior analysts on documentation standards, techniques, and actionable feedback.
  • Use GenAI tools to draft requirements, summarize discovery, create documentation, and critically validate outputs.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of business analysis experience with independent workstream ownership.
  • Experience conducting discovery and producing user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro, FigJam, and/or Adobe Workfront.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working across clients, industries, and delivery models in multidisciplinary agency teams.
  • Advertising experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adobe platforms, especially AEM; Salesforce, especially Commerce Cloud; and CMS platforms such as Contentful or Optimizely is preferred.
  • Strong communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder influence, judgment, adaptability, and coaching skills.
  • Daily fluency with GenAI tools and the ability to review and correct AI-generated work critically.
