Description

  • Develop and implement content strategies for assigned client accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of medium to large accounts and serve as the day-to-day client contact.
  • Monitor content performance and optimize strategies using data insights.
  • Provide performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Write, edit, and deliver content for formats such as blogs and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with SEO/GEO, design, and development teams to execute content work.
  • Use AI tools and workflows to produce content at scale while maintaining quality and brand voice.
  • Help refine internal AI-assisted content systems and processes.
  • Improve content creation workflows to make them more efficient and scalable.
  • Coordinate freelance writers and support timely delivery of content assets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in content strategy, editorial oversight, or SEO/GEO best practices.
  • Proven ability to guide content production across multiple client accounts.
  • Experience aligning content with brand voice, search intent, and strategic goals.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate freelance writers.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Interest in growing expertise in client account management and content strategy execution.
  • Ability to identify account growth opportunities, including upselling content services.
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. location in one of the company’s approved hiring locations; no relocation provided.
  • Experience with AI-assisted content production or workflows is preferred.
