Description

  • Define visual strategy and design principles across digital, brand, and product touchpoints.
  • Oversee scalable, accessible global design systems and ensure visual consistency.
  • Partner with executives, clients, and cross-functional leaders to solve complex business challenges through design.
  • Lead complex digital projects from kickoff through launch, managing quality, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Develop project direction, creative guidelines, moodboards, and strategic insights.
  • Monitor emerging trends and technologies, including AI and spatial design, to advance creative capabilities.
  • Improve design workflows and processes while supporting organizational agility and profitability.
  • Mentor designers through critique, coaching, and discipline-wide collaboration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to creative strategy and ensure design activities support short- and long-term organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of visual and interactive design experience for global brands, including at least 4 years in a dedicated leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, and auto layout.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Suite, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
  • Strong experience in visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, and brand development.
  • Experience developing and maintaining robust design systems.
  • Ability to provide strategic vision and creative direction to large, diverse teams.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in strategic problem-solving and process efficiency.
  • Comfort navigating complex organizations and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
