Description

  • Translate revenue and delivery forecasts into headcount plans and staffing strategies.
  • Monitor supply and demand to identify overages, shortages, and burnout risks.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring priorities and nearshore/offshore planning.
  • Recommend freelance or cross-region support based on forecasted needs.
  • Own utilization targets and operational reporting for a defined region, discipline, or client segment.
  • Track RM KPIs weekly and monthly and surface patterns and anomalies to leadership.
  • Maintain headcount rosters, freelance usage reports, and staffing trackers.
  • Lead staffing and casting conversations across Delivery, Creative, Media, and Experience teams.
  • Resolve priority conflicts and escalations across projects, disciplines, and managers.
  • Manage and coach 1–2 Resource Managers or Senior Managers as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in resource management, project operations, or production management within a digital agency or consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to build staffing plans and assess pipeline versus capacity.
  • Experience guiding delivery teams on fulfillment strategies within creative workflows.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and resource management platforms such as Resource Guru, Float, Kantata, or Mosaic.
  • Comfort managing and mentoring junior team members; prior direct people management preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with finance, delivery, and recruiting partners in fast-paced environments.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on operational clarity and data integrity.
  • Comfort with AI-driven tools and a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing industry.
