Description

  • Manage online communities across multiple social media platforms.
  • Respond to comments and engage followers in ways that reflect each brand’s tone of voice.
  • Monitor social media trends, conversations, and emerging online topics.
  • Use creativity and judgment to resolve customer issues and handle negative comments.
  • Escalate sensitive or potentially reputational issues to the PR team when appropriate.
  • Schedule weekly work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

  • Minimum HBO-level education or equivalent work-and-thinking level.
  • Strong awareness of current social media trends and online culture.
  • Creative and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Availability during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English.
  • Ability to adapt communication style across multiple brands and tone-of-voice guidelines.
