Description

  • Own paid media strategy and day-to-day execution across international markets on Meta, Google Search, TikTok, and relevant regional platforms.
  • Hit weekly output KPIs across platforms while maintaining a consistent flow of new creative pushes.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns toward NC CPA, ROAS, and LTV:CAC targets.
  • Leverage top-performing organic content in paid media while protecting brand and reputation standards.
  • Develop and scale a high-velocity creative testing framework with the creative team across audiences, hooks, formats, and landing pages.
  • Own the feedback loop between performance data and creative direction.
  • Use attribution and analytics tools to monitor performance, identify drivers, and optimize toward growth objectives.
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and pacing of paid spend across all international markets.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports with insights, learnings, customer segment opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition and subscription campaigns to drive efficient CAC in each market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid media experience at meaningful scale across Meta and at least one other major platform such as TikTok or Google/YouTube.
  • Experience scaling spend across multiple markets while maintaining or improving efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing fundamentals, including experimentation, attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and multi-touch measurement.
  • Experience directing creative teams with data-driven briefs and managing paid media agencies across social and search.
  • Proficiency with attribution and analytics tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, Haus, Hyros, or similar.
  • Experience running paid media in Asia markets, specifically Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as other priority international markets such as the UK/EU.
  • Working knowledge of creative analytics tools such as Motion or similar platforms.
  • Experience in health, wellness, nutrition, or longevity-adjacent DTC categories.
  • Experience in DTC or subscription e-commerce is preferred.
