Description

  • Support the day-to-day execution of projects by maintaining task lists, timelines, and trackers.
  • Keep project management tools such as Asana and Jira accurate and up to date.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, milestones, feedback cycles, and approvals to maintain visibility and alignment.
  • Help document requirements, notes, key project information, templates, and process updates.
  • Identify and flag risks, blockers, gaps in information, and scope issues to Delivery leads.
  • Escalate blockers with context and suggested solutions to keep work moving.
  • Coordinate asset review and delivery between internal systems and client systems.
  • Follow up with clients on feedback timelines and collect client feedback for internal teams.
  • Support project hygiene across time tracking, status updates, documentation, resourcing, and project progress tracking.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, production, or a similar environment, including internships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under direction.
  • Comfort working within established processes and tools.
  • Comfort working on fast-moving projects.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with willingness to ask questions and surface issues early.
  • Eagerness to learn how projects are delivered end to end.
  • Experience with digital assets or social media assets is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an agency environment is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete E-Verify/I-9 verification.
