Description

  • Answer escalated calls from sales and other departments to support clients.
  • Manage activity, growth, services, and cancellations for assigned client portfolios.
  • Perform administrative tasks that support sales team members.
  • Schedule and manage client trainings in a timely manner.
  • Conduct client demonstrations and software walk-throughs of products and services.
  • Reach out to clients who may need additional support.
  • Identify clients at risk of cancellation or potential upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximize client outcomes within established protocols.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of client services experience, with major account experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Strong communication skills for client demonstrations and software walk-throughs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities at the same time.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize sales team goals.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing expectations and priorities.
  • Strong internet and personal computer skills are required.

Benefits

  • $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Remote shift: 7:30am to 4:30pm Pacific Time.
