Description

  • Provide operational support for production practices and resolve assigned issues.
  • Monitor, review, troubleshoot, and correct EDI issues to prevent recurrence.
  • Perform tests on production applications and prepare recovery procedures.
  • Coordinate with IT groups and external vendors to maintain reliable service.
  • Analyze business processes and ensure compliance with controlled procedures.
  • Monitor alerts and escalate issues related to systems and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate support tickets, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Communicate updates, issues, and resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Support training guides and assist other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of EDI transaction types preferred, including X12 837D, 270/271, 835, and XML.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Basic knowledge of UltraEdit and/or Notepad++.
  • Basic knowledge of CuteFTP file transfer software.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and Copilot.
  • Ability to quickly learn DentalXChange processes and applications.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment.
