Description

  • Self-generate qualified pipeline and maintain consistent progress toward monthly quota attainment.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery calls using a structured sales methodology such as SPIN.
  • Use a qualification framework such as MEDDPICC to forecast accurately, surface risk, and disqualify weak opportunities early.
  • Negotiate pricing, packaging, and contract terms to reach timely, mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to complete legal, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a disciplined activity cadence to produce consistent top-of-funnel input.
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews in Salesforce and ensure accurate coverage and forecasting.
  • Participate in Deal Desk and pre-call planning meetings for new logo and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Engage existing customers for referrals and expansion through strong follow-through and communication.

Requirements

  • Must reside in, or have experience selling into, the Seattle, WA / PNW territory.
  • Domain knowledge of cyber security and data privacy.
  • Prior training and working knowledge of information security concepts, compliance standards, and regulatory practices.
  • 3+ years of experience selling to CISOs, CIOs, or other senior corporate information security stakeholders.
  • Mastery of at least one widely used sales methodology and deal qualification system.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Highly competitive, adaptable, and coachable.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-growth environment.
  • Self-driven with a strong learning orientation and growth mindset.
