Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of agency relationships, especially major holding companies and healthcare-focused media teams.
  • Drive new revenue through adoption and activation of healthcare audiences across multiple client accounts.
  • Generate pipeline across life sciences, provider, and healthcare brands through agency partners.
  • Educate agency teams on healthcare audience strategies, including HCP audiences, patient journey insights, and therapeutic interest-based targeting.
  • Position audiences within programmatic workflows, including DSPs, data marketplaces, and onboarding platforms such as LiveRamp.
  • Deliver training and playbooks that help agencies activate healthcare audiences at scale.
  • Identify opportunities tied to healthcare campaign briefs, brand launches, and therapeutic area focus.
  • Translate client objectives into compliant audience strategies for awareness, patient engagement, and HCP targeting.
  • Close deals with agencies and support downstream activation into end advertiser platforms.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution, use performance insights to drive repeat usage, and expand adoption across brands and divisions.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital media, adtech, or data sales.
  • Proven experience selling into agencies, ideally supporting healthcare or life sciences clients.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs, onboarding, identity, and audience targeting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing use cases such as HCP engagement, patient engagement, script lift, and brand awareness.
  • Experience working with major agency holding companies preferred.
  • Ability to sell into healthcare media teams and work across planners, buyers, and activation teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with Operations, Product, and Marketing on go-to-market and audience positioning.

  • Base salary range of $87,000 to $163,000 per year.
