Description

Oversee the operational infrastructure of the fund administration business and ensure seamless service delivery to VC clients.
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and client experience.
Collaborate with product teams on roadmap priorities, feature launches, UX enhancements, and onboarding improvements.
Build and lead a high-performing remote team of fund operations and customer success professionals across multiple time zones.
Create benchmarks and reporting systems to monitor performance and drive continuous operational improvement.
Work with the executive team to align operational capabilities with company growth targets.
Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions for fund administration clients.
Drive automation and process optimization to increase capacity while maintaining a 90+ NPS.
Manage relationships with key service providers and strategic partners.
Implement risk management protocols and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in operations management.
At least 5 years of experience in financial services or fund administration leadership.
Proven ability to scale fund operations in a high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of venture capital fund structures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Experience building and leading remote teams across multiple geographies.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity through complex situations.
Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
Experience with operational technology implementation and optimization.
Familiarity with AI tools for support, automation, and customer intelligence is a plus.
Experience in venture capital is encouraged but not required.
