Description

  • Design and build Deblock’s FinCrime product from scratch.
  • Define the product strategy for the FinCrime platform.
  • Own the roadmap and delivery plan for the product.
  • Hire and help shape the team needed to deliver the platform.
  • Develop solutions that prevent and detect financial crime and fraud.
  • Combine rules-based approaches with machine learning and AI to improve detection and protection.
  • Translate product needs into robust platform capabilities for a fast-growing fintech context.

Requirements

  • Experience building products to prevent and detect financial crime and fraud.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or fintech environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working on technical products such as platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, computer vision, embedded systems, or robotics.
  • Experience developing a product from zero to first release and beyond.
  • Professional qualification from an internationally recognised body such as ICA or ACAMS (preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of the UK and EU regulatory environment and key financial crime regimes (preferred).
  • Experience working with crypto compliance tools such as Chainalysis or Elliptic (preferred).
  • Strong data analytics capability to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into product strategy and decision-making (preferred).
