Description

  • Provide technical consultancy to the US Professional Services team on product and integration strategy.
  • Lead solution design for major US client projects, balancing customer needs with long-term delivery sustainability.
  • Support client projects to successful outcomes by guiding stakeholders toward mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality integration builds for enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain deep expertise across all integration methods supported by the Dayshape product.
  • Identify integration capability gaps and provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Mentor teammates and support their technical growth.
  • Collaborate across multiple time zones with strong communication, planning, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise integration projects.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering robust integration solutions.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience using ADF, Databricks, or comparable data management tools.
  • 5+ years of experience with one or more programming languages and the ability to investigate existing codebases.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including negotiating outcomes that work for all parties.
  • Ability to bring clarity and direction in complex, ambiguous situations.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to deliver effectively under pressure while maintaining quality.
  • Experience in professional services organisations and/or resource management environments is preferred.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
  • Experience contributing to integration standards, reusable patterns, or engineering best practices across teams is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary of $150,000 - $170,000, dependent on experience.
  • 31 days of vacation per year, including public holidays, increasing by 1 day each year up to 38 days.
  • Paid four-week sabbatical in the fifth anniversary year, on top of holiday entitlement.
