Description

  • Lead end-to-end design work for complex products and features from research and discovery through prototyping and implementation.
  • Design intuitive, polished user experiences that support the product and its users.
  • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the company’s design system.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
  • Use AI tools and Claude Code in daily workflow for research, problem exploration, rapid prototyping, and product development.
  • Simplify complex workflows and data-rich experiences into clear, usable interfaces.
  • Independently lead design initiatives and own projects from concept through delivery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience designing complex systems and data-rich products.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and working with design systems.
  • Ability to independently lead design initiatives and take full ownership of projects.
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, problem-solving, and product thinking.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products and experiences is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GitHub and modern collaboration workflows with engineering teams is preferred.
  • Experience in the finance industry or designing for finance professionals is preferred.
