Description

  • Partner with customers on onboarding, adoption, retention, and satisfaction across their Dataiku implementations.
  • Educate customers on Dataiku best practices and platform capabilities through technical guidance and enablement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business goals, use cases, and desired outcomes.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on workshops with Sales Engineers.
  • Hold regular customer touchpoints and provide hands-on support to address specific business needs.
  • Build self-sustaining enablement and evangelism programs within customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners to drive customer engagement and expansion opportunities.
  • Document adoption status and key account information to support forecasting and renewals.
  • Work with internal teams such as marketing to capture and share customer stories.
  • Coach users and administrators to open support tickets when technical issues block adoption.
  • Stay current on Dataiku products, the competitive landscape, and data science trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales engineering, technical or solutions consulting, post-sales technical delivery, or data science roles.
  • Proven track record of building customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience building and operating communities of practice.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, foster accountability, and work with urgency.
  • Ability to tailor messaging to audiences with varying technical acumen, including no-code and high-code users.
  • Preferred certifications: Dataiku Advanced Designer, Snowflake SnowPro Core, and Databricks Business Analyst.
  • Preferably located within the Northeast region of the United States.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Hands-on experience with data storage and computing infrastructure such as SQL and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Python, R, and SQL is preferred.
  • Experience in Analytics/AI or other enterprise software is preferred.

  • US base salary range of $144,000 to $152,000.
