Description

  • Serve as a technical contributor on the Enterprise Data and Analytics team supporting the internal data platform.
  • Build and maintain Python- and SQL-based platform automation processes.
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics, observability, monitoring, and alerting systems.
  • Design data models for short-term and long-term use cases to support data warehouse scalability.
  • Maintain administration systems for access management, platform metrics, and end-user transparency.
  • Build and maintain GenAI platform solutions with a focus on security and governance.
  • Develop and maintain DataOps processes to support software delivery lifecycle execution.
  • Investigate and resolve complex data pipeline issues through root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with analytics engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
  • Help evaluate new Dataiku and partner-tool features and contribute to technical and architectural decisions for the data platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering or Data Platform Engineering.
  • Expertise in SQL and Python is required.
  • Experience with Dataiku DSS is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience with Snowflake is strongly desired.
  • Prior experience with DevOps technologies such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience building and maintaining replication and data pipelines in a cloud data warehouse or data lake environment.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with complex stakeholders and translating vague requests into clear requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and time constraints in a high-trust remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders, and the ability to create clear, precise documentation.
