Description

  • Build and ship features end to end from database schema and backend services through the user-facing web client.
  • Design new domain modules using established architectural patterns and conventions.
  • Own multi-tenant correctness by writing migrations that comply with Row-Level Security and following persist/flush discipline.
  • Integrate with shared platform services such as background jobs, real-time updates, file storage, email, document intelligence, and authentication/authorization.
  • Use AI coding tools effectively to accelerate routine development while applying sound judgment to outputs.
  • Raise code quality through code review, type-safety, performance discipline, and adherence to trunk-based development workflows.
  • Collaborate with product managers, tech leads, QA, UX, and domain experts to translate requirements into software.
  • Contribute to platform evolution by improving shared libraries, the metadata system, and developer tooling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production web applications.
  • Strong TypeScript experience across both frontend and backend.
  • Solid React experience in a non-trivial application, including hooks, component composition, performance, and state management.
  • Server-side experience with Node.js; NestJS preferred, with Express, Fastify, or comparable frameworks accepted.
  • Relational database fluency, preferably with PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, and migrations.
  • Familiarity with an ORM such as MikroORM, TypeORM, Prisma, or Hibernate.
  • Multi-tenant or SaaS experience with tenant isolation approaches such as RLS or scoped queries.
  • Modern delivery experience with Git, pull requests, CI/CD, code review, testing, and trunk-based or short-lived-branch workflows.
  • Demonstrated productivity with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain trade-offs and document decisions.
  • ERP or business-application domain knowledge, such as general ledger, AR/AP, inventory, purchasing, sales orders, bank reconciliation, or process-manufacturing concepts, is preferred.
  • Process-manufacturing experience or familiarity with formulation, lot tracking, or compliance requirements is preferred.
  • Hands-on AWS experience with ECS, RDS, S3, CDK, or Bedrock is preferred.
  • Experience with document intelligence, RAG, or LLM integration in production is preferred.
  • Internationalization and accessibility experience in a multi-locale product is preferred.
