Description

Lead the successful delivery of complex customer engagements by providing technical leadership to the implementation team.
Guide technical teams through architectural decisions and help evaluate trade-offs between established and innovative approaches.
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies that could affect timelines and project goals.
Produce high-quality deliverables including status reports, program plans, and customer responses with minimal rework.
Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources across technically complex engagements.
Serve as the primary escalation point for customers on technical delivery issues and coordinate internal resolution when needed.
Build trust with technical teams and stakeholders by clearly communicating Databricks’ vision and solutions.
Facilitate productive, goal-oriented meetings with customers and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

Experience managing large, complex engagements and handling unexpected technical challenges.
Strong ability to balance scope, budget, and timeline trade-offs in program management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Track record of influencing technical teams and tailoring communication for engineers and executives.
Ability to stay current on technology trends and make sound technical decisions without being a hands-on coder.
Experience with BI, data management, and big data technologies is preferred.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Must be clearable with the U.S. Government.

Annual performance bonus eligibility.
Equity eligibility as part of the total compensation package.
Competitive salary range of $127,700 to $175,550 USD for Zone 2.
