Description

  • Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, panels, wiring, controls, and related infrastructure across multiple facilities.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent electrical issues affecting operations, safety, and uptime.
  • Support facility buildouts, retrofits, and equipment installation projects, including autoclaves, wash lines, compactors, and boiler rooms.
  • Partner with contractors, vendors, and site teams to complete electrical work safely, on schedule, and in compliance with codes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, MEP drawings, and equipment specifications.
  • Travel approximately 50% to support maintenance, repairs, inspections, and projects across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with Plant Managers and operational leaders to identify risks, prioritize repairs, and improve facility reliability.
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Active state-issued electrician license or certification, such as Journeyman or Master Electrician.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Strong experience in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or multi-site facility environments.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems, controls, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, MEP drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Experience supporting capital construction projects and equipment installations is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and electrical safety standards.
  • NFPA 70E training is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across multiple sites.
  • Must be able to pass required background and drug screenings.
