Description

  • Drive profitable product sales through an assigned inside sales team.
  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via cold calling, email outreach, and account nurturing to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain business stakeholder and account relationships.
  • Create and maintain a working sales plan with strategies and tactics to achieve the annual sales forecast.
  • Coach, develop, and provide feedback to inside sales team members; manage performance and hold the team accountable for results.
  • Work to attain team sales quotas and team sales productivity metrics.
  • Promote and encourage a positive team environment while growing and developing inside sales professionals.
  • Use a data-driven, analytical approach to optimize the sales model by generating and sharing performance dashboards and reports with senior leadership and identifying market trends and account needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in inside sales or call center management.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in sales.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of key products and markets within the biomedical waste industry.
  • Familiarity with competitive suppliers and product offerings.
  • Experience maintaining a healthy CRM sales pipeline (Salesforce mentioned in role).
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

Benefits

  • Salary range $75,049 - $85,127 per year.
  • Total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
  • Full-time remote work arrangement (role listed as Full Time / Remote).
