Description

  • Review completed referrals and accompanying medical records to ensure client questions have been fully addressed.
  • Review completed reports for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and spelling.
  • Follow up with reviewers to clarify or obtain additional information as needed.
  • Follow up with clients when additional questions arise.
  • Update clients regularly on referral progress.
  • Ensure each referral meets the QA checklist before completion.
  • Format reports for approval.
  • Communicate clearly between customers, reviewers, and the Operations team.
  • Speak confidently with physicians and clients regarding peer review content.
  • Handle other duties and special projects as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in paralegal work preferred.
  • Experience with auto-oriented work preferred.
  • Experience with 18.001 counter affidavit work preferred.
  • Experience with Tier 1 carrier work preferred.
  • Strong proofreading ability and attention to legal detail.
  • Comfort with repetitive legal work that requires high-level quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a clear understanding of company business lines.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
  • Ability to work from home with uninterrupted internet service.
  • Ability to perform long periods of sitting and computer work.
