Description

  • Review completed referrals and accompanying medical records to ensure all client questions are addressed.
  • Review completed reports for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and spelling.
  • Follow up with reviewers to clarify missing information or resolve questions.
  • Follow up with clients when additional questions arise.
  • Keep clients updated regularly on referral progress.
  • Ensure each referral follows the QA checklist before completion.
  • Format reports for approval.
  • Communicate clearly between customers, reviewers, and the Operations team.
  • Speak confidently with physicians and clients about peer review content.
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred.
  • Experience working with technology-based business processes preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet specific deadlines.
  • Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
  • Ability to perform job duties that may involve lifting, bending, traveling, and long periods of sitting and computer work.
  • Must supply and support own internet service for a work-from-home role.
  • Uninterrupted internet connection is required for all work-from-home positions.
  • Preferred location is in the PST time zone.
