Description

  • Intake new cases and verify request information before entering data into Dane Street systems.
  • Work with clients to obtain missing information needed to process claims.
  • Sort, organize, and create medical document listings when required by the client.
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and portal inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case activity.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal NSA regulations, processes, and policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to resolve issues and support timely case processing.
  • Process and interpret reporting to support operational work.
  • Assign and schedule new cases to physicians based on location, reviewer availability, guidelines, jurisdictional requirements, and client requirements.
  • Monitor, process, and track cases to meet deadlines and service expectations.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare claims and billing preferred.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with clear understanding of the company’s business lines.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet specific deadlines.
  • Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
  • Customer focus, problem-solving, professionalism, integrity, customer excellence, and time management skills.
  • Ability to supply and support your own internet service for a work-from-home role.
  • Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is required for all work-from-home positions.
