Description

  • Implement and optimize Salesforce Loyalty Management programs in production using the native standard model.
  • Design standard-first loyalty solutions that minimize unnecessary customizations.
  • Architect and support integrations between loyalty systems and POS or ecommerce transaction sources via API.
  • Collaborate with middleware teams to enable efficient system integration.
  • Use Data Cloud to support segmentation and promotion activation.
  • Argue and document technical decisions in favor of scalable standard architecture.
  • Work within a retail environment with high transaction volumes and ensure the solution supports scalability.
  • Contribute to loyalty architecture, functional design, and integration design rather than traditional Apex development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management in production.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Transaction Journal Processing Rules, Global Promotions, and standard Loyalty architecture.
  • Experience integrating transactional sources such as POS or ecommerce systems via API.
  • Experience collaborating on integrations with middleware.
  • Experience using Data Cloud for segmentation or promotion activation.
  • Ability to design standard-first solutions and defend technical decisions.
  • Preferred experience in retail or other high-volume transactional environments.
  • Preferred experience with Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and segment-triggered campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of data architecture or experience working with data engineering teams is preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications in Loyalty, Data Cloud, or Platform are preferred.
  • Must be based remotely in Mexico.
  • Occasional availability to travel to Guadalajara is required.
  • Full-time assignment to a single client is required.
