Description

  • Analyze, maintain, implement, and continuously improve the TRAX internal workflow application.
  • Lead change management discussions with Wealth Management, Operations, and other impacted departments.
  • Build business requirements for future integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements.
  • Lead complex, high-profile initiatives across all project phases while balancing priorities, timelines, and resources.
  • Represent the department on major firm-level projects across Wealth Management, Operations, IT, and other divisions.
  • Align priorities with the product roadmap and communicate product strategy to senior leaders.
  • Lead release evaluation, planning, and prioritization with the advisory team and manager.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate branch and operations needs into clear application and operational requirements.
  • Gather and analyze requirements through interviews, documentation review, surveys, and workflow analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT, developers, and external vendors to maintain platform stability, manage incidents, and resolve complex issues.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external software vendors for requirements definition and ongoing enhancements.
  • Lead development of training resources, procedural documentation, and team training for the platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of relevant business experience.
  • Prior experience or working knowledge of the securities industry.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification preferred.
  • Understanding of iterative development and the software development process.
  • Experience in product management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
  • Proven success developing business cases, roadmaps, and product execution strategies for complex or large-scope products and integrations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, with particular emphasis on CoPilot AI.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and logical problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to adapt in a high-impact environment, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, influence, facilitation, and executive communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures, maintain client confidentiality, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
