Description

  • Architect, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for sales and client management.
  • Develop and manage plugins, workflows, cloud flows, form scripting, and Dynamics CRM SDK-based customizations.
  • Provide technical leadership to product management and business leadership on CRM initiatives.
  • Support, troubleshoot, expand, and optimize existing CRM deployments.
  • Partner with product management to manage work against a multiyear roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Data Operations, Infrastructure, business analysts, and end users to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Follow SDLC guidelines, participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and manage production deployments and releases.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for CRM customizations, configurations, and integrations.
  • Research opportunities to integrate CRM with other enterprise systems and evaluate new technologies and architectures.
  • Coordinate and oversee third-party engineers when applicable through design, code, and process reviews.

Requirements

  • 7 or more years of CRM deployment and engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including design, development, customization, implementation, integration, and administration.
  • Expert-level experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using .NET/C#, plugins, JavaScript, and workflows.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 tools such as Plugin Registration Tool, Configuration Migration Tool, and XRM Toolbox.
  • Experience troubleshooting Dynamics 365 CRM issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Experience writing Power Automate flows and using Power Platform Admin Center.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions and Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Automate, and Data Factory is highly desirable.
  • Extensive domain-specific experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Understanding of ALM and solution layering.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Sales, Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, API Management, and MDM concepts is preferred.
  • Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and data security.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, service-oriented, professional manner and work effectively with IT and clients.
  • Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently within a scrum delivery team with oversight from domain and enterprise architects.
