Description

  • Review residential conveyancing contract packs and identify key issues.
  • Raise pre-contract enquiries on purchase transactions and prepare replies on sale files.
  • Review replies to enquiries and track outstanding matters.
  • Draft Reports on Title for residential purchases.
  • Carry out pre-completion Land Registry searches and handle post-completion tasks.
  • Draft completion statements and client statements of account.
  • Prepare and submit Notices of Transfer and Charge.
  • Obtain management pack requirements from managing agents.
  • Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, management companies, and other third parties.
  • Maintain accurate case records, archive completed files, and support the wider legal team with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in UK Residential Conveyancing.
  • Experience reviewing contract packs and raising enquiries.
  • Experience reviewing replies to enquiries and drafting Reports on Title.
  • Experience preparing completion statements and handling Land Registry searches.
  • Excellent understanding of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through completion.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Legally eligible to work in South Africa and currently based there.

Benefits

  • Full-time remote/WFH position.
  • Salary of £900–£1,200 per month.
