Description

  • Plan, build, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Demand Gen.
  • Manage and execute Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram as a secondary channel, including audience strategy, creative testing, and performance optimisation.
  • Allocate and manage monthly media budgets ranging from $10K to $250K+ across multiple accounts, platforms, and markets.
  • Develop bidding strategies, audience segmentation, ad copy testing, and landing page recommendations to improve performance.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with Google Therapeutic Goods Advertising (TGA) policies and applicable AHPRA advertising guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies in response to regulatory or platform policy changes.
  • Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting to stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to improve full-funnel conversion performance.
  • Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, beta features, and emerging best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
  • Proven experience managing monthly media spends between $10K and $250K+.
  • Strong knowledge of TGA advertising policies for restricted healthcare or therapeutic verticals.
  • Experience running campaigns in AU, US, and/or NZ markets with understanding of regional nuances.
  • Deep proficiency with Google Ads campaign types including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube/Video, and Demand Gen.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding compliance and budget management.
  • Familiarity with AHPRA advertising guidelines is highly desirable.
  • Google Ads certifications in Search, Display, Video, or Measurement are highly desirable.
  • Experience with conversion tracking setup, attribution modelling, and offline conversion imports is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Tag Manager, SA360, or other bid management platforms is highly desirable.
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of complementary paid channels such as Microsoft Ads or Programmatic is highly desirable.
