Description

  • Perform bank, sales, and payment reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Reconcile inventory transactions and investigate discrepancies.
  • Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and issue customer statements.
  • Support month-end activities and maintain accurate records in Xero.
  • Provide financial updates and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Strong experience with Xero and account reconciliations.
  • Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Understanding of inventory, purchasing, and stock-based workflows.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience in wholesale, distribution, retail, construction supplies, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CIN7 and Shopify is preferred.
  • Exposure to multi-currency transactions and imported goods is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GST coding and month-end processes is preferred.
  • Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, Hubdoc, or Dext is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary of Php 75,000 per month, subject to the client’s final discretion based on skills and experience.
  • Full-time, 100% remote work arrangement under an Independent Contractor Agreement.
  • Work during New Zealand business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • New Zealand public holidays observed.
