Description

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
Manage and grow social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan, create, and schedule content including captions, graphics, and short-form videos.
Launch, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads.
Monitor performance metrics and produce reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to support community engagement.
Collaborate with design, marketing, content, and ads teams to maintain brand consistency.
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, or in a similar role.
Experience managing social media for Australian or New Zealand clients, companies, brands, or agencies is required.
Strong experience with social media advertising, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience using scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social is a plus.
Strong copywriting and content planning skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Portfolio is required.
