Description

  • Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technology tools and products.
  • Document end-user issues carefully in the ITSM tool.
  • Follow established processes and knowledge documentation requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize the ticket backlog.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement through knowledge script creation and training document updates.
  • Work closely with onsite IT technicians to resolve issues and support service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Willingness to follow direction and best practices.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Team-player mindset with a supportive personality.
  • A criminal record extract not older than three months must be provided.
