Description

  • Structure and organize content within SharePoint.
  • Maintain and update site content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and improve content.
  • Improve content usability, navigation, and consistency.
  • Ensure content follows internal standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain overall site health and performance.
  • Support users with content-related questions and content improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience managing content in SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to structure information in a clear and user-friendly way.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in content strategy or information architecture.
  • Familiarity with intranet or knowledge management systems.
  • Basic understanding of UX principles.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
  • Candidates must provide a criminal record extract not older than three months.
