Description

  • Architect production-grade prompt infrastructures for candidate evaluation, resume parsing, interview automation, and autonomous stakeholder communication.
  • Implement advanced prompting paradigms (Chain-of-Thought, Tree-of-Thought, Self-Consistency, Instruction Hierarchies) to enable high-precision reasoning.
  • Design and enforce constraint engineering and guardrails to maintain system safety, prevent jailbreaks, and ensure adherence to hiring rubrics.
  • Build and manage stateful, multi-agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Design complex, multi-step decision logic with human-in-the-loop checkpoints, autonomous error recovery, and conditional branching.
  • Optimize workflow execution for latency and token cost while preserving depth of analysis and system reliability.
  • Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with rigorous source attribution to minimize hallucinations and ensure context fidelity.
  • Integrate and manage vector database strategies (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) including semantic re-ranking, query expansion, and context compression.
  • Define and implement automated evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-a-Judge) for regression testing, output-drift detection, and prompt evaluation.
  • Establish documentation standards for prompt versioning and reproducibility and make strategic model selection/routing decisions (e.g., GPT-4 vs Claude vs Gemini).

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph (non-negotiable).
  • Mastery of prompt engineering for frontier models such as GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and Gemini 1.5 Pro.
  • Proven production experience deploying independent AI applications, preferably within HR Tech, recruitment automation, or workflow orchestration.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading AI projects, particularly in prompt engineering, with a strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating complex reasoning flows and automated decision-making systems.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Availability for part-time/contractual engagement with a time commitment of approximately 8–10 hours per week; remote or hybrid (Dehradun) location options.
  • Familiarity with model fine-tuning and routing strategies (PEFT/LoRA vs context-window optimization) and making model selection trade-offs.
  • Preferred: B.Tech/M.Tech from top-tier institutes (IITs, IIITs, BITS, or equivalent) and experience operating in high-velocity, product-first/startup environments.
  • Desirable: experience with OpenAI Assistants API and Function Calling, LLM observability platforms (LangSmith, Weights & Biases, PromptLayer), and adversarial prompting/security hardening.
