Description

  • Own technical sales engagements from initial discovery through technical win.
  • Lead discovery of customer CX technology stacks, AI agents, quality and compliance risks, and success criteria.
  • Design closed-loop assurance solutions to test, monitor, and observe AI agents across CX environments.
  • Deliver tailored product demos, platform overviews, and workshops aligned to customer quality and compliance goals.
  • Scope and run proofs of concept against defined customer success criteria.
  • Build executive business cases that quantify AI failure costs and assurance-driven efficiency gains.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams on RFPs, objections, and delivery handoffs.
  • Create reusable demos and enablement materials and mentor teammates on agentic AI and prompt engineering.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience working with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of CX technology stacks, including CCaaS, IVR, CRM, and digital channels.
  • Proven experience building, deploying, and evaluating AI agents and agentic workflows in CX environments.
  • Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, tool calling, orchestration, and MCP.
  • Advanced prompt-engineering skills, including interpreting system prompts and creating adversarial test scenarios.
  • Knowledge of AI-agent quality and compliance monitoring, including evaluation, hallucination detection, and policy adherence.
  • Ability to translate complex CX and AI requirements into technical solutions and business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with AI agent platforms such as Cognigy, Sierra, Decagon, Observe.AI, AWS, or Google (preferred).
  • Experience with CCaaS platforms, CX testing or monitoring tools, or AI governance and compliance (preferred).
