Description

  • Recruit, train, and certify active Evaluators for specific projects using the internal database and outreach by email or phone.
  • Manage the timely assignment and execution of missions in line with company standards, client requirements, and project schedules or deadlines.
  • Coordinate local project activities and oversee the full mission execution cycle for the designated area.
  • Handle fieldwork, pilots, and other project-related operational tasks.
  • Report project status and updates to the Operations Manager or Operations Team Lead.
  • Work closely with global teams to support successful, cost-effective delivery of local projects.

Requirements

  • Strong interest and experience in project coordination and community management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Excellent ability to organize and coordinate project activities.
  • Positive and outgoing personality.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with self-motivation in managing tasks and projects.
  • Strong time management and planning/scheduling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
  • Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
