Description

  • Own the growth and expansion of an assigned market, launching initial customers and onboarding drivers.
  • Prospect, perform outreach, visit prospects, and convert customers to complete their first delivery with Curri.
  • Test and validate go-to-market approaches, including outreach methods, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations to improve the delivery experience and scale the market.
  • Be regularly on the ground meeting customers and drivers to discover pain points and implement solutions.
  • Research the competitive landscape and distribution trends to identify opportunities to position Curri competitively.
  • Develop and foster relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and growth.
  • Manage market insights and reporting by maintaining dashboards and tracking key sales and operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Operations to acquire and onboard supply, develop driver training, and design driver incentive programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in related fields such as banking, consulting, technology, analytics, operations, or strategy.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
  • Scrappy mentality and willingness to get into the weeds on operational tasks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers, drivers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset that relies on testing, iterating, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Comfort with in-person meetings and conveying product value to varied audiences.
  • Willingness to travel around the assigned market approximately 50% of the time.
  • Natural problem-solver who is willing to challenge the status quo and collaborate across teams.
