Description

  • Build, update, and QA pages across homepage, landing pages, PDPs, category pages, promotions, cart, patient dashboard, and navigation.
  • Lead page and content rebuilds during the Shopify migration, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and zero broken experiences.
  • Own CMS execution across Contentful and Shopify, including setup, publishing, QA, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Be accountable for site hygiene: prevent broken links, outdated content, misaligned messaging, and UX regressions.
  • Manage the end-to-end onsite visitor journey post-click, from landing/homepage through sign-up flow, PDP, and checkout, balancing education, discovery, and commerce.
  • Execute the site calendar and site-wide promotions in partnership with Growth, Lifecycle, Performance Marketing, Product, and Creative to ensure consistent timing, messaging, and UX.
  • Partner with the Site Experience Lead to build and launch pages, content, and journeys for the Agency rebrand to ensure intentional, differentiated experiences.
  • Monitor ContentSquare, GA4, and Amplitude to identify user behavior, friction, and opportunities; run content audits, usability reviews, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Lifecycle, Paid Media, Creative, SEO, Product, Engineering, Legal, Medical, and Analytics to deliver safe, high-quality site experiences and experiments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in site experience, eCommerce, or digital merchandising roles.
  • Extremely strong operator comfortable working hands-on in CMS tools and managing complex site builds; experience with Contentful and Shopify.
  • High attention to detail with QA, accuracy, and polish as non-negotiable standards.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel intent, and conversion dynamics.
  • Data-driven and curious; regular use of analytics to guide decisions and prioritize fixes and improvements.
  • Ability to move quickly without breaking things and comfort with ambiguity and evolving ownership models.
  • Experience supporting Shopify migrations or replatforming efforts (nice-to-have).
  • Experience executing brand relaunches/rebrands and background in subscription, beauty, or health-tech businesses (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with personalization and experimentation tools, strong mobile UX instincts, and SEO/AIO/GEO best practices (nice-to-have).
