Description

  • Drive execution against the roadmap for core retail platforms, integrations, and data foundations.
  • Contribute to roadmap prioritization with the Director of Product Management.
  • Translate complex operational and business needs into scalable, reusable platform capabilities.
  • Lead product execution for OMS-adjacent capabilities including order lifecycle management, inventory visibility, fulfillment orchestration, routing, splits, cancellations, and returns.
  • Define and evolve integration patterns, APIs, and data contracts across OMS, POS, ERP, WMS, CEP, CDP, and analytics platforms.
  • Own requirements for eventing, instrumentation, and data quality standards.
  • Define and maintain governance for core data domains including customer, order, product, and inventory.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics teams to enable reliable reporting, self-serve analytics, experimentation, measurement, and AI use cases.
  • Research, evaluate, and score vendor and platform solutions and provide feasibility analysis for build-vs-buy decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for AI and automation to reduce operational cost, improve data quality, and improve fulfillment outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise commerce backbone experience with systems such as order management, PIM/catalog, warehouse and fulfillment, store POS, replenishment, demand forecasting, or shipping/rate-shopping.
  • Experience using analytics or predictive models to improve operational processes such as sourcing rules, allocation, picking/packing flows, replenishment, or returns.
  • Technical fluency with SQL and data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, and integration patterns.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers on event-driven architectures and microservices.
  • Systems thinking and cross-functional leadership across engineering, data, operations, and business teams.
  • Experience defining OKRs and KPIs and using data to prioritize work.
  • Strong business sense and comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete information on a small team.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-native tools, workflow automation such as n8n, or MCP integrations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with vendor evaluation, build-vs-buy analysis, and business case development for technology investments is preferred.
